Helium cylinders
Filter and sort
Helium tanks allow you to inflate balloons yourself, at home or directly at the event location, without having to transport them already inflated. They are portable, easy to move from one place to another, and designed for those who decorate their own party: anniversaries, christenings, weddings, corporate events, or a surprise for a loved one.
What you can find in this collection
Here you will find disposable helium tanks in various capacities, as well as packages that combine the tank with assorted or personalized balloons for different occasions. The packages are a convenient option if you want everything to be coordinated and avoid calculating separately how many balloons and how much helium you need.
How to choose the right tank
The capacity of a tank is usually expressed by the volume of helium and the approximate number of balloons it can inflate, calculated for medium-sized latex balloons. The actual number depends on what you are inflating: small balloons consume less helium, so you will inflate more, while large balloons, Jumbo balloons, or foil numbers consume more. For a lush decoration, choose a larger tank or get an extra one as a backup.
Usage tips
The tank nozzle allows for the inflation of both latex and foil balloons. Inflate latex balloons shortly before the event or treat them beforehand with Hi-Float gel, which significantly extends their floating time; foil balloons retain helium much better and can be prepared in advance. Do not overinflate the balloons, keep the tank in an upright position, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, and do not leave it within the reach of children.
Frequently asked questions
Is helium dangerous?
Helium is non-toxic and non-flammable, so the tank can be safely used at home or at the event. Do not inhale helium and follow the instructions on the tank.
How long do helium-inflated balloons float?
Untreated latex balloons lose their helium relatively quickly, so it is best to inflate them on the day of the event; when treated with Hi-Float gel, they float for much longer. Foil balloons float much longer than latex ones, even without treatment.
Can I inflate any balloon with helium?
You can inflate standard latex and foil balloons. Mini figurines and small foil balloons designed for air do not float, so use a pump for them.
Can helium be used for large decorations as well?
Yes, for a balloon ceiling or bouquets for multiple tables, calculate your requirements based on balloon size and choose larger tanks. We offer commercial terms adapted to large volumes for decorators.
