The Shine gel and spray for latex balloons are the accessories that make the difference in professional decor. The Hi-Float treatment gel is applied inside the balloon before inflating with helium and forms a film that considerably extends the floating time.
The Shine spray is used at the end, on balloons inflated with air or helium, for an elegant gloss. To dispense the gel, use a dosing pump.
